Elena Wiseley was born and raised in Philadelphia, where she enjoyed a strong sense of community and diverse culture. She moved here with her parents in 2005. She and all of her siblings became first time home owners in Havertown, knowing there was no better place to raise a family. Elena is a registered nurse, devoted to neurological care since 2007, and in 2014 , she herself was diagnosed with a neurological disorder, multiple sclerosis. After overcoming adversities and using holistic health to persevere, Elena became a Reiki Master in 2022 and is using her life experience to help many who suffer emotional and physical pain. Elena's greatest accomplishment is her 3 children. Her stepson graduated from Haverford High School in 2021, her daughter is currently in the high school, and her youngest son is attending Chatham Park. Elena was a volunteer t-ball coach and girl scout mom. Her children have inspired her to run for school board because she believes that all children deserve an excellent education in a safe, welcoming environment. Elena is dedicated to emotional and physical wellness and special education to give every child the ability to reach their highest educational potential.

Christina Bean was born and raised in Bucks County, PA. In 2019, she and her husband decided to move their family of five to Havertown, in hopes of brighter opportunities for their small business and their children’s education. Immediately after moving to Havertown, Christina fell in love with the strong sense of community and friendship presented in Haverford School District, which ultimately ignited her interest in serving the community by running for school board. Christina is a Lynnewood mom, where 2 out of her 3  children currently attend. Christina believes that education is a powerful instrument that every child deserves fairly and freely. Christina’s main interests outside of the home include a passion for helping those caught in the throes of addiction, and she has dedicated five years of her life to serving those who seek freedom from the grips of substance abuse. Christina hopes to contribute further to her community by running for the School District of Haverford Township’s school board in 2023.

Kelly Hatton is a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters Degree in social work (LCSW). Kelly has dedicated over 20 years to helping families and has a strong sense of community. She has a passion for Educational disabilities and is a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. She is also a Reiki Master, Meditation Practitioner, and Educator. Kelly was a university professor for nearly a decade before moving to sole clinical practice. Kelly is a devoted mother of Haverford graduates and was a fierce advocate for her own children. Now, Kelly wants to apply all of her experience and knowledge to assist the new generation of Haverford Township students and their families and advocate for them in the same way, giving them the opportunity for a bright and successful future. 

Ed Silvi is an educator with over 35 years of experience working as a teacher, coach, and department head. Ed received his master’s degree from Teachers College Columbia University. Ed has been involved in Haverford Township Little League and served as an alternate for the Haverford Township Civil Service Commission. Ed has been a mentor and leader in the field of education, bringing great energy and work ethic to his peers, students, and educational community he dwells in.
Ed is a firm believer that a safe, strong and healthy education for children and their families is the best foundation for life. Ed is inspired by his family and neighbors in the Coopertown community.

John Dilworth was born and raised in Haverford Township. He was an educator for 17 years in both public and private schools and holds a Masters of Education from St. Joseph University. He is a father of three young children, married to a teacher, and currently owns and operates a
small business. He has coached in the township for the last 6 years, and is currently on the board for Brookline baseball and Sacred Heart/ St. Bernadette’s football program. John believes in a safe, strong foundational education for all of our children focusing on traditional core subjects. John’s inspirations for seeking a school board position are his family, friends, and community.
